Motorcycle brake spacer sleeve

Spacers are aluminum washers used along with radial brake calipers. We install them on the bolt between the caliper mount and the caliper. Thus, we can use different types of calipers for the same brake disc. Distances also allow us to change the diameter of the disc brake to a larger one, and move the caliper away from the disc by a certain distance.

The most commonly used distances are 9mm and 16mm. They are made from aluminum, and their dimensions allow them to be installed together with calipers with a screw spacing of 108mm (Japanese calipers) and 100mm (Brembo calipers). Seemingly it’s just a bushing, but without it- it will not be possible to configure an enlarged front brake kit and rear handbrake.
