Stunt brake caliper

Thousands of brake calipers used on motorcycles are available on the market. We have focused on two, the most numerous groups so that our customers have a wide choice and availability of aftermarket calipers.

More

The first group is four-piston radial calipers from Japanese motorcycles, i.e. Tokico and Nissin with a mounting bolt spacing of 108 mm. Most of our handbrake brackets are prepared just for this type of calipers. They have been manufactured and installed on Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda motorcycles for more than 20 years. The main advantage of radial calipers is that they can be mounted on discs of different diameters (it is enough to use the appropriate distance – 9 or 16mm – that raises the calipers upwards). The second group is two-piston calipers used on Supermoto motorcycles, where the 220 mm disc does not allow the installation of larger calipers. In our opinion, this is even a great thing, as the brake would be too strong and too difficult to feel on such lightweight motorcycles. Tokico’s floating calipers are second to none if we compare the precision of manufacturing, braking force dosage and the price of brake pads and spare parts. We already have hundreds of satisfied users of KTM, Husqvarna and Husaberg motorcycles who will not replace our brake kits with anything else. Hard to believe? – take a peek at our Social Media! Owners of Harley Davidson motorcycles most often choose Brembo radial calipers with 100 mm spacing, which, combined with Dixer Parts adapters, improve not only braking power but also the appearance of the entire motorcycle.
